Frequently Asked Questions
Can't I just bury my pet in my yard?
Some town ordinances may prohibit home burial due to health hazards. Burial in a cemetery can ease the worry of leaving your pet behind if you move.
What do I do with my pet's cremated remains?
They can be scattered or buried at the cemetery or take them home and do whatever feels right for you.
Do I have to have a funeral?
No. Any services such as viewing and pastoral services are optional.
How can I make arrangements?
We are only a phone call away. Our caring and compassionate staff is here to help you through your time of sorrow.
Do I need to bring my pet in myself?
We can provide pick up service from your home or Vet's office.
If I choose cremation, how soon can I get my pet's cremains back?
Under normal circumstances, if you call our office before 2 p.m., your pet will be ready for you to pick up at our office within 48 hours.
What do I do if my pet dies?
Many leave the after death care decision up to their veterinarian and/or friends. Unfortunately, by doing that they never really know what happens to their pet. It is important that you discuss this with your vet or call us directly.
